Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, URL, date, time and device information to deliver and protect the site. This browser stores your consent preference. The form collects name, email, optional telephone number, type of interest, message and campaign-source data. The content entered in the form is not sent to Google Analytics.
Purposes and legal bases
Necessary technical data are processed for the legitimate interest in delivering and protecting this website. Analytics and advertising, if enabled, rely on consent. An email enquiry is handled to respond to steps requested by you before a possible transaction.
Providers and transfers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. FormSubmit relays form data to the property email address and states that it uses the data to provide the service. Google Consent Mode handles measurement according to the choices made in the consent banner. Later correspondence is processed by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers under their respective notices.
Retention
Technical logs are retained for as long as needed to deliver and protect the site. FormSubmit states that it temporarily retains submissions for up to 30 days. Enquiries received by email are retained to reply, arrange possible viewings and manage a possible transaction, unless law or the protection of legal rights requires otherwise.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, and may complain to the competent supervisory authority.
